License

Frmwrk Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Hydro in Discord servers you administer, in accordance with this agreement and the Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense or bundle Hydro into a paid product or service
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service
• Use Hydro in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

Hydro, its name, artwork, audio clip and code are the property of Frmwrk Software. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.

Hydro is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frmwrk Software and its contributors will not be liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use Hydro, including missed reminders or service interruption.

This license ends automatically if you breach any of its terms, and when you remove Hydro from your server. Its reminders for that server are deleted at the same time.

This agreement may change. We will update the date at the top of this page when it does, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
